At Gardeon, we guarantee that the goods we sell match the description we offer in our online store. We also guarantee that they are suitable for their intended use at the time of delivery, and during the warranty period. Defects must be reported immediately. Complaints are excluded if an identified defect was caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or external influences such as third parties or force majeure.
You are entitled to repair or replacement of defective goods. However, Gardeon may refuse a solution that is unreasonably costly. If the defect cannot be remedied or occurs repeatedly, you can demand a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. Complaints will be processed within 30 days, provided that all necessary information is provided. The warranty only applies to defects that have not been caused by improper use or excessive wear and tear.
