What about the terms of payment?

Once your order has been approved and your billing details and delivery address (place of installation or delivery) have been verified, we will send you an advance invoice for payment. As standard, we require payment of 50% of the order price in advance, with the remaining 50% payable on the day of installation or delivery.

If you choose to pay 100% in advance, we provide customers with a discount (quotation) of 3% of the total price of the work. This special offer applies exclusively to our GARDEON builds and does not apply to accessories and extras from our catalog.

You can conveniently order accessories and add-ons in our online shop. Payment via the shopping cart is required immediately in full (100 % in advance).

Does GARDEON also do the electrical installation?

No. The electrical installation as well as the water installation is always left to the customer.

What is the difference between the insulated and non-insulated variant?

The biggest difference is the internal temperature of the building.  An insulated building overheats less and better withstands sudden temperature changes.

Can a constructed building be dismantled and relocated?

Yes. As the structure is not firmly connected to the ground, we can dismantle and relocate it to a pre-prepared base at any time as necessary.

Is it possible to build a prefabricated building with a chimney?

Chimneys are not installed by our company. If you would like to have a chimney, you must cut a hole in the roof at the appropriate place.

Is it possible to live in a prefabricated house all year round?

No, our buildings are not designed for year-round living and therefore cannot be used as a family home. However, you can convert a prefabricated garden house into a weekend home yourself.

Can the construction be built with threshold-free doors?

No, this is not possible. Entrance doors always have a threshold height of around 5 to 7 cm.

What do I need to prepare before assembling the garden house?

Every building needs a stable foundation on which it can stand. To ensure that your new garden shed can be assembled without delay, the foundation must be completed before delivery. You can either prepare the foundation yourself or leave it to a trusted construction company.

What do I need to prepare before installing the carport?

Assembled steel carports are not only modern, but also durable and extremely stable. The primary prerequisite for a quality carport is, of course, a quality foundation that is level and stable. This is very important for the correct anchoring of the construction. It is therefore necessary to have a foundation in place before assembly. You can either make this yourself or with the help of a trusted construction company according to the dimensions in the our technical specifications.

Do I need space for a lorry or a crane?

We offer prefabricated steel structures - this means that they consist of several parts. We do not require large lorries for delivery. All our products are transported using a van up to 3.5 tonnes. We can easily get anywhere you would normally go in your car.

Do I need electricity during installation?

Our installation team always works with professional HILTI brand cordless technology.
We use cordless screwdrivers, hammer drills, cut-off grinders and other accessories. This means we are not dependent on electricity. The new building can be erected before the house is built - a power connection is not necessary.

Can I add a solar pannel on the roof?

Yes, you can after the building has been assembled. However, please inform us in advance of your intention, as it is necessary to increase the total roof load.
