How do we handle defects in goods? What about the warranty?
We are liable for all defects in the goods. We also offer a guarantee on certain products. However, you must inform us immediately of the defect. In some cases, e.g. if the defect was caused by normal wear and tear or through your own fault, you cannot make a claim.
