Description

GARDEON Tiny House L / Your own space on solid ground

The GARDEON Tiny House is a compact, move-in ready building that we erect on solid ground on your plot. The L model has an L-shaped floor plan, so the terrace sits sheltered directly by the shape of the house and feels like a natural extension of the interior. The entrance door, measuring 875 × 2,000 mm, comes with a right-hand glass panel, and the covered terrace under the pergola is included as standard. Fixed internal partitions are part of the build, making it ready for year-round living with plenty of room to unwind.

GARDEON Tiny House with finished render

Discover an innovation in construction. The prefabricated GARDEON Tiny House comes with a finished designer render from the Swiss brand KABE. The all-season facade is self-cleaning and easily withstands water, high temperatures and every kind of weather. Thanks to our unique technology, the walls are made of self-supporting sandwich panels with a PIR core, saving space both inside the house and on your plot compared with a traditional brick build.

GARDEON Tiny House built in a single day

We care about getting the service right. We erect the GARDEON Tiny House directly on your plot in a single day. Our team handles the entire assembly without unnecessary noise or mess, so you avoid months of building work. A fully livable space appears in your garden or on your weekend plot almost overnight, ready to use straight away.

Safety and resilience without compromise

The core of the GARDEON Tiny House insulation panels achieves the highest fire reaction class among organic insulants. Thanks to the high quality insulation in both walls and roof, the house loses up to 36% less heat than standard insulation. Customer experience also shows that the robust construction withstands fallen branches, hail and extreme wind.

Flexible looks and placement

You can put the GARDEON Tiny House on a weekend plot, by the water or in the garden. Thanks to its realistic render finish, it looks like a brick building and fits into any surroundings. Choose your facade colour from the standard KABE palette, or for an extra charge from up to 300 design shades, and match the Tiny House exactly to your vision together with the pergola's dimensions and position.

Maintenance-free with a long lifespan

We apply a premium render with Swiss technology to every GARDEON Tiny House panel, one that doesn't flake and is maintenance-free. The building keeps its good looks for years, backed by a warranty of up to 20 years. If the facade gets dirty, a quick rinse with a pressure washer is all it takes. That's all you need to save time and money on upkeep.

Seven size variants

Variant L sits among the mid-range sizes of the seven GARDEON Tiny House size variants, with a 39.8 m² footprint plus a 10.2 m² pergola over the terrace. Its L-shaped floor plan shelters the terrace directly within the shape of the house, so it feels like a natural extension of the interior. Fixed internal partitions are part of the build, suiting year-round living.

Weekend retreat

The GARDEON Tiny House is your own place to unwind, without a long drive to get there. We build it on a weekend plot, by the water or in the garden, in a single day. The bedroom is separated from the living area, the covered pergola works as a summer lounge, and the roof muffles the sound of rain. That means weekends spent relaxing, not maintaining a house.

First home

The GARDEON Tiny House also works as a starter home for a young couple or individual, without a large mortgage. The 2,800 mm interior height and large glazing create the feel of a real home rather than a cramped cabin. Walls with a PIR core keep the heat in during colder months, and the facade looks just like a brick-built house.

Home office

A workspace a few steps from the house, yet separate from family life – that's exactly what the GARDEON Tiny House offers as a home office. Walk across the garden in the morning and you're at work. Insulated walls and roof muffle noise from outside, so even video calls run smoothly, and the space also works for meeting clients.

For guests and family

Visitors no longer need to sleep on the sofa. A guest GARDEON Tiny House gives parents, friends and teenage children their own privacy, and you peace and quiet in your own home. It has its own entrance and terrace, and once guests leave, it can double as a study or playroom.

Airbnb rental

The GARDEON Tiny House also works as accommodation that earns money without demanding much upkeep. The Swiss KABE render needs no repainting even after years, and thanks to single-day assembly, you could welcome your first guests soon. A covered terrace is exactly what guests look for in photos when choosing where to stay.

Snack bar or café

The GARDEON Tiny House also suits a small business with back-of-house space by a lake, along a cycle path or in a town centre. The open layout can be divided into a counter and service area, and the pergola adds extra seating for customers.
