Assembled steel carports are not only modern, but also durable and extremely stable. The primary prerequisite for a quality carport is, of course, a quality foundation that is level and stable. This is very important for the correct anchoring of the construction. It is therefore necessary to have a foundation in place before assembly. You can either make this yourself or with the help of a trusted construction company according to the dimensions in our technical specifications.

Remember: our assembled structures are delivered without a floor or foundation! The customer is responsible for the base plate. The foundation must be in place before assembly.

What kind of foundation can be made?

• Concrete footings under paving
• Concrete footings at the same height as the paving
• Concrete footings in grass
• Concrete footings under asphalt

The most important requirements for the foundation

• It must be 100% level
• The foundation must be at least 10 cm wider on each side than the planned structure
• The width of the concrete slab should be at least 15 cm
• The dimensions of the footings (under the paving/at the same height) should be at least 40 × 40 × 60 cm

The biggest difference is the internal temperature of the building. An insulated building has better thermal conditions and does not overheat.

Chimneys are not installed by our company. If you would like to have a chimney, you must cut a hole in the roof at the appropriate place.

Our canopies and pergolas always consist of at least 4 posts. We never anchor into the façade of the house. However, we are able to adapt the pergolas so that they are visually connected to the neighbouring building.

No, our buildings are not designed for year-round living and therefore cannot be used as a family home. However, you can convert a prefabricated garden shed into a weekend home yourself.

No. This is not possible. Entrance doors always have a threshold height of around 5 to 7 cm.
